. These positions will report directly to the VP of Software Engineering. This is a unique and rare opening in which you will experience and participate in the next stage of growth within the organization. Successful candidates will work hand-in-hand with the original development team and take on code ownership for the next version of the flagship product. As a developer, you are expected to be a team player and contribute to the successful growth and expansion of the ProSites

Be a highly motivated, team contributing, developer for our Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted website solution, platform, proprietary CMS called the WebEngine
Play an integral and key role as a Developer and Software Engineer to complete analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of new product features and enhancements
Participate on a team of talented graphics designers, front end web developers, back end developers/software engineers, and QA Testers on the WebEngine product
As an team member in a Microsoft.NET Agile shop, you will be required to wear many hats and perform duties that may traditionally fall outside your purview; we expect a team attitude at all times to complete these tasks and offer any assistance possible in these situations
Work hand-in-hand with the original development team to learn, understand, and review the current platform, software, and system architecture and assist with formal documentation that outline the product roadmap and development plans
Participate in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and support for ProSites* software applications and websites
Review the current roadmap, provide feedback, suggestions, and comments about the design and architecture for the upcoming version of the flagship WebEngine product
Provide suggestions and strategies for product and software development management, software, and tools to implement the desired roadmap
Assist, Review, and Strategize the Project Plans and Gantt charts using Microsoft Project to outline the product roadmap
Create, Review, and Design Software Design documentation artifacts like UML, Entity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, and Workflow diagrams using Enterprise Architect and Visio 2010
Make recommendations and provide feedback on the performance of junior developers and staff, and make recommendations on future interviews for new developers and QA Testers to bring into the development team
Exercise judgment and discernment for analyzing the scope of a given set of requirements to create achievable milestones and deadline deliverable dates for software features
Provide suggestions for continuous improvement and adoption of processes for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Help implement and enforce the Agile and SCRUM software development methodologies within the development team
Assist with the team management and daily standups
Perform code reviews, peer programming, and mentoring with the team
Assist with the product backlog, feature requests, and prioritization meetings with the VP and CEO on a bi-weekly basis
Assist with Test Driven Development, Unit Testing, FxCop, Re-Sharper, and other tools and methods to provide solid, stable, bug free code with at least 80% code coverage for all tests
Deliver multi-tiered enterprise applications with a scalable architecture for 100,000 to 1,000,000 users
Write code using the latest techniques and trends for the web based software applications and websites using C#, ASP.NET 4, SQL Server 2008, AJAX, JavaScript, jquery, ext, MVC 3.0, and other emerging software technology
Utilize best practices from Microsoft Patterns and Practices as well as industry standard Design Patterns to create the most robust, flexible, and domain driven software
Produce scalable, robust, high-quality code
Assist with the Bug and Issue Tracking management using TFS2010/2012 and provide quick responses and solutions with bug fixes, patches, and hot fixes
Assist with the maintenance of the Build Server, Build Scripts (nAnt), and continuous integration with CruiseControl.NET
Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating the Release Management process with the IT Operations (Ops) Team
Take code ownership and create a redundancy of knowledge
within the software engineering and development team so as to improve flexibility and response time
Set an example within the department, and across departments into the Operations and Design Department as an outstanding team player, manager, and contributor to the success of the company
Identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement system performance/optimization and enhancements

3 years with Javascript
3 years with XHTML/DHTML/CSS

3 years with OOP and Multi-tier software architecture
3 years with Design Patterns and GOF

Experience with XSL and XSLT a PLUS
