Position Information
Analyzes and researches software requirements
Develops design specifications and designs/codes applications following specifications
Implements and maintains configuration control of development environment using sound source code, documentation and database control concepts and configuration management principles.
Designs and develop enterprise databases
Creates and maintains database technical documentation
Performs server system administration as required
Assumes responsibility for ongoing technical architecture for product, including technical documentation, technical project plan, specifications, and implementation plan
Performs custom programming at customer request
Responsibilities/Duties: Insures that the DMAPS IE is sustained IAW the contractual requirements, and the user’s needs. Provides the overall management of the technical team, prioritizes work for the Sustainment team. Is the primary POC for all technical DMAPS IE Sustainment question, issues, etc. for the Government. Is the ‘go-to’ person for all technical planning and implementation. Responsible for the understanding and management of the ICD of DMAPS IE.
Job Requirements :
Skills Required:
Mandatory: Direct knowledge and use of Power Builder, SQL, Oracle
Desirable: DMAPS experience, Experience with HQ AFMC Financial Management, Legacy Sustainment. Knowledge of AF Sustainment procedures. Logistics, IT experience.
