Technology Manager with 10 years of experience in Application Development services.
Role: Standardize and automate disciplines in Application Development Services area across various technology stacks: Java, .net, weblogic, websphere etc. Ideal candidate should have deep understanding of various technologies covering areas such as build, deployment, testing environment etc. The role entails analyzing existing book of work and make strategic and viable enhancements to project delivery plans.
Key Requirement:
-10 years of experience as a Technology Manager in Application Development in Unix Environment
-In depth understanding of tech stacks: Java, .net, weblogic, websphere etc.
-Experience in project analysis and strategy in Application Development area, at top Consulting Firm is highly desirable
-Excellent understanding of Technologies related to Build, Deployment, Testing Environments etc.
-Strong analytical and project management skills
-Interpersonal skills, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills
Education:
-Masters in IT or MBA is highly desired. Investment Banking background a .
Financial experience:
5 yrs of experience at large International Bank or Top 5 Consulting company is a must!
