ADP is hiring a Lead Implementation Engineer reporting to our Alpharetta, GA, Office Location. This is a Hybrid role.

Minimum Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

5 years of experience deploying DNS, DHCP and IPAM services on Infoblox platform.

Strong written communication skills, ability to deliver high-quality documents, and paying attention to detail

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers

Elevated level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adopt innovative technologies

Technical degree or equivalent experience required Computer Science

What you will Do:

Participate in Enterprise network security solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements

Perform configuration, manage upgrades, patches and certificates updates on Infoblox DNS platform/grid

Troubleshooting of Applications over the Network using Source and Destination addressing, Source and destination Ports and different protocol types

Planning activities, communicating status, and preparing reports

Assist with monitoring and auditing of information systems activities and systems to confirm information security policy compliance and provide management with security policy compliance assessments and system monitoring reports

Troubleshooting of DNS and other security devices in conjunction with vendor provided support

Use of network analyzer tools to aid in troubleshooting

Develop test plans and test cases, tools, and infrastructure to improve quality and efficiency of firewall and Proxy security and defense

Identify configuration or policy flaws and gaps that increase risk or violate information security requirements

Installation of New Infoblox Members and Integrating with Grid Manager.

Enabling DNS, DHCP and NTP services as per the business need.

Managing Multi-Grids Infrastructure and managing Split-Domains and DNS Traffic Control.

Managing and administered the DNS registrations for all active domains using Mark Monitor's portfolio system.

Provide Insight on Cloud Based DNS solutions (AWS, Azure tec)

Traffic Capture, Data Analysis for Troubleshooting the issues.

Perform troubleshooting of DHCP and network connection problems and implemented resolution options.

Install and configured DHCP servers with high availability fail-over.

Configure and maintained DHCP reservations, Ipv4 filters and Templates.

IPAM assignments and Management.

Provide extensive SOP DNS documentation for cross-group collaboration.

CSV exports and Imports for Bulk DNS record updates.
