Software Architect:

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 24 months experience developing jurisdictional data reporting requirements using the IAIABC EDI Claims Release 3 standard and designing the associated software modules necessary to integrate the IAIABC Claims Release 3 dataset into a Claims management system used by a regulatory agency.

12 months experience working on migration to IAIABC EDI Claims Release 3.1 standard and designing the associated software modules necessary to integrate the IAIABC Claims Release 3.1 dataset into a Claims management system used by a regulatory agency.

84 months experience with Sybase databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.

60 months experience as a technical lead supporting Claim Management computer system(s) in a regulatory environment. This includes leading design sessions with users, writing design documents and writing technical specifications.

84 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code.

60 months experience with government projects that followed a Project Management methodology.
