Your expertise in various domains including lean, culture, collaboration, facilitation, process improvement and a focus on delivering value will be counted on to set direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspires your team to follow suit. The Agile Coach will have a deep understanding of the Agile domain and a passion for continuous improvement and coaching.Essential Duties:Help to build a centralized CTO coaching teamCoaching and delivering effective models that enable the organizationIncrease CTO wide organization alignment through coachingRecommending and rolling out metrics that help the organization learn and grow through continuous improvementAdvise the central Product Office on GT Product Model roll-outHelp the org identify impediments and suggest ways to remove dependenciesFoster strategic relationships within the CTO org and wider in the firmFacilitating, evaluating and guiding agile ceremonies where appropriateHelp guide the organization on how to use Agile practices and values to delight customers.Guiding the organization on how to become self-organizing.Help assess the Agile Maturity of the organization and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable.Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.Help identify and deliver training and development requirements.Connect with other Agile and training orgs within the firm to share ideas and collaborate where possible.','!*!Required Skills/Experience:Experience in a strategic Agile Coaching role for at least three years that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.  Good skills and knowledge of lean, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques (example: scrum, Kanban, story mapping, example mapping, transformation plans, operating models, scaled agile frameworks).Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):Experience is playing the Scrum Master/Product Owner roles for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.Awareness or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Mobbing, etc.Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.Excellent communication and mentoring skills.','JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.','Project Execution','US-CA-San Mateo-Concar Drive / 60477','','CORPORATE SECTOR','Full-time','Standard','Day Job','','JPMorgan Chase','JPMorgan Chase','Agile Coach
