\u003cp\u003eResponsible for upgrade and support of Citrix server environment. \u0026nbsp;Provide experienced mobile device support (cell, tablet, and laptop) to all corporate clients.\u0026nbsp; Identify and resolve problems, delivering technical assistance and direction to appropriate IS staff and clients as required. \u0026nbsp;Install, manage and maintain core images and software for client use within WPS. \u0026nbsp;Perform ongoing capacity analysis and tuning to meet performance and security objectives.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDesign, build and completely administer \u003cspan\u003eCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops;\u003c/span\u003e Provisioning Services (PVS); Citrix Infrastructure; Nutanix or equivalent hypervisor, ADC (NetScaler), and MDT Image Deployments.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide technical expertise in analysis and resolution of complex problems and take appropriate action to ensure maintenance of stated performance objectives to maximize system availability and minimize response time.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eApply patches to all supported systems and software using automated patching tools and manual methods.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide comprehensive on-call support for assigned operating system(s) and software products in event of production malfunctions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide planning, analysis, implementation, and testing of COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) software upgrades or new releases.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform capacity/performance analysis, problem analysis, testing, and tuning to ensure efficient use of resources including development of appropriate reporting.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLearn and maintain knowledge of security requirements and audit responses, specifically DoD, NIST (and CMSR preferred), including developing and maintaining documentation and procedures to meet security/audit requirements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDetermine backup/recovery requirements and ensure integration with disaster recovery procedures.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSet up and install new and replacement mobile and desktop devices, which includes imaging equipment and deploying necessary software, utilizing applications such as SCCM and Intune.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide technical support on assigned Help Desk tickets (ServiceNow) in person and by phone.\u003c/li\u003e
