General Description of Position:

The OIT Application Development Intern for ServiceNow and Web Development will work with the ServiceNow and Web Application development teams. This position will be exposed to the full technology stack of the ServiceNow and Web Development Application Team.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist with production support issues, responding to requests and issues.

Develop a Record Producer in a personal developer instance.

Participate with Engineers in code reviews.

Assist Engineers in code development and ServiceNow administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Earned high school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited Indiana college or university with an interest in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or informatics.

Have demonstratable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

Exposure to any of the following: Python, JavaScript, SQL, or RESTful API.

Familiarity with agile practices such as Scrum, stand-ups, estimations, etc.

Demonstrated initiative and ambition for software development and delivering products from the ground up.
