Senior RPG Developer

Profile

Job Responsibilities:

Implementing and maintaining PkMS / WM creating improvements to and developing new applications, interfacing with PkMS / WM and host systems, material handling systems to combine processes and systems. Responsible for project life cycle development as assigned including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation and support of business partners to allow a flawless operation in warehousing and distribution.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2-5 years experience with AS400, RPG ILE required.

Ideally 2 years of management experience (project leader, etc).

Working knowledge of Query, IQ, SQL, ODBC, and Data Base Design.

Familiar with Warehouse/Distribution processes PkMS /WM knowledge and experience is REQUIRED.

Knowledge of barcode printers/scanners/RF-devices and interaction with material handling systems is a definite plus.

Must be able to work in a team and independently, and be well organized.

Strong analytical skills and strong communication, follow-up and documentation skills are required.

Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite, MS-Project is expected.
