Web Application Project Manager

TESSCO is looking for a Web Application Project Manager
TESSCO is hoping you have what it takes to be a working project manager with experience in implementing customer facing web solutions. As part of a cross functional team, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies, plans, projects, and solutions to create superior B2C and B2B customer experiences driving increased revenue and buyers. Your responsibilities will include:
Project leadership and full lifecycle project management including plan development, manage and monitor project progress and communicate status
Working with business, IT, and partners lead and create business requirements, functional/technical design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of web applications
Hands-on configuration of platform based on project needs
Escalate and resolve issues as necessary to ensure scope control and on-time and on-budget project completion
Coordinate with users (technical, business and management) to define and document needs, goals and constraints
Coordinate and collaborate with external design firms
Lead and/or participate in application package selection
Required Skills Understanding of or familiarity with internet channel marketing methodologies
Excellent communication/collaboration skills
Goal driven with excellent time management skills and a drive to meet deadlines
Required Experience
Multiple full lifecycle package implementations as an individual contributor and hands on project management including Web Content Management Systems (aka Customer Experience Platforms) and other eCommerce solutions
Experience leading teams of 3 end users, business analysts, and developers
Must have hands on experience working with and integrating web content management systems and/or full eCommerce package platforms within complex enterprise architectures
Must have experience integrating with back end enterprise systems including ERPs, CRMs (salesforce.com preferred) and Product Information Management Systems (Stibo STEP preferred)
Extensive experience communicating, collaborating with, and managing end users at all level of the organization from senior management to individual contributors
Experience translating high-level business objectives into requirements, designs, functional and technical specifications, integration and UAT test scripts, and conversion plans
Demonstrated ability to work directly with technical architects, developers, web designers, and system integrators to design and implement package and custom solutions to optimize business value and time to market
Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience
