Description

The Technology Implementation Lead delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Technology Implementation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Technology Implementation Lead gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Drive automation maturity model and communication throughout the organization (includes leading efforts to further build automation program within Membership and Plan Services-MPS)

Serve as liaison between MPS and Enterprise RPA team, ensuring needs are met and communicating needs for MPS (priority of work, budget allocations, and resource needs)

Collaborate with partners supported (Billing, Enrollment, Communications, Account Installation, Risk and Data Team, Technology Solutions) to understand the automation business needs, assist with process evaluation / identification for fruitful automation candidates

Is a leader of associates (indirectly), guiding designated MPS resources (RPA champions) with education and consultation on process identification and automation

Uses best in practice tools to evaluate processes, streamline and leans opportunities, as part of influencing best automation opportunities

Partner with MPS Risk Team in evaluating areas of vulnerability, and where automation may be best solution

Works closely with Data Team to use information available, which lends to areas of focus in the pursuit of automation

Continual review and evaluation to prioritize the most appropriate work based on strategy and benefits

Uses significant knowledge of technology automation, and continual learning and comprehension of new technologies, in order to help define opportunities and best practices

Manages Intake process and facilitates the of prioritization for idea submissions

Communication/ report out of progress of RPA program

Continual exploration and education on various automation types, educating and leading MPS through RPA best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2 years of project leadership experience

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies

Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience - industry knowledge, planning and implementation

Process experience (analysis and mapping)

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

LEAN or other process certifications

SAFe agile experience

Budget planning experience

Insurance experience
