What you'll get to do:
In compliance with the NISPOM, ICD, and other government regulations, administer routine aspects of the DOD, and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Duties include support of both collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs. Primary duties include completion of SF86/Agency nomination packages, completing DD-254 packages, fingerprinting, preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), use of JPAS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. Conduct security briefings and conduct security education programs briefings. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
Candidate shall have a demonstrated ability to collect and organize data in a cohesive manner for use in the Security primary database system, SIMS. The candidate must also have experience with personnel security, document control, and visitor control. In addition, the candidate must be detail oriented and must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Candidate shall have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.

Track and maintain clearances and PRs via JPAS.
Maintain and update PSM NET.
Initiate security clearance requests and maintain records with company approved database
Conduct/Coordinate collateral and intelligence security briefings and debriefings.
Assist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.
Coordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.
Create reports and maintain classified documents
Provide support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations throughout the world.
Track RRU submissions and completions.
Create/send collateral and program visit requests through JPAS & SIMS
CPRL Additions, deletions, and modifications, and delivery
Collect and record security processing metrics.
Provide security overview for the place of performance: SCIF/Safe policies, afterhours access policies/procedures, adherence to customer security procedures
Properly execute actions required for out processing when individuals leave the contract
Track and monitor Visitor Requests for contract personnel and customers
Conduct reviews of security logs and ensure procedures are followed as necessary
Assist with Government Annual Reviews
Provide training to individuals that need to open and close SCIFs and safes
Respond to afterhours incidents as necessary: SCIF not closed properly as an example. Ensure corporate and customer procedures are followed for reporting as necessary
You'll bring these qualifications:
Familiarity with customer security policies/procedures
Flexibility with hours: may require call in afterhours to respond to security incidents
High attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with the ability to look for ways to improve processes/procedures
Proficient with MS Office (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong communication skills
Ability to grasp technical concepts
Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional responses to the customer
Exemplary customer service skills
Strong organization skills
Experience with meeting facilitation and recording minutes and actions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of security-related experience.
Must have current final Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
FSO Certification highly desired.
COMSEC experience desired
Must have previous industrial security experience and an in-depth knowledge of the NISPOM.
Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with JPAS, e-QIP, SIMS (or equivalent system), ISFD.
Must have experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with all levels of staff and outside personnel.
Experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor community in security management.

Completed DSSA course - JPAS/JCAVS Virtual Training for Security Professionals.
Completion of SCI Contractors Special Security Officer (CSSO) Course
Completion of Chapter 8 Requirements for Industry
Completed DSSA course - Introduction to Personnel Security.
Completed DSSA course - Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD).
Completed DSSA course – FSO Role in the NISP.
Completed DSSA course – Introduction to Industrial Security.
Completed DSSA course – Essentials of Industrial Security Management.
Completion of additional DSSA correspondence courses would be a plus.
