What We’re Looking For:

The Senior Web Producer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of web properties across a variety of channels and products. This role works with stakeholders within the marketing department to execute projects of high complexity and requires a high level of proficiency with web technologies and content management to deliver a world-class experience on our external web properties.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Web Content Management

Independently execute a large number of requests across many web properties within a Content Management System (CMS) and ensure they are executed in a timely manner.

Prioritize and deliver complex updates including leading the implementation of new program/site launches.

Ensure the adherence of program brand guidelines as well as web marketing guidelines.

Execute the highest level of UX, accessibility and web best practices.

Perform quality assurance (QA) review of requests before content is pushed live.

Identify site issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop alternative approaches and execute on solutions.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements to support efficiency and scalability.

Project Management

Handle a high volume of concurrent projects while maintaining transparency with task/project status.

Ensure process and timelines are adhered to and communicated.

Assist in the review of workflows to identify areas of improved efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.

Contribute to and maintain team and stakeholder documentation with support from Manager.

Relationship Management

Provide mentorship, technical guidance and problem solving support to Web Producers with complex requests or challenges.

Proactively work with stakeholders, including web strategist, to find high quality web solutions to complex marketing strategies.

Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with brand marketing and marketing technology teams.

Industry Best Practices and Technology Trends

Support education and training of Web Producers on new products, web accessibility and web marketing best practices (ex. Training sessions, presentations, etc).

Engages in technical explorations and research around current or potential new products and techniques with Web Strategists.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 4 years industry experience

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Experience managing and prioritizing projects, adhering to specs and deadlines, and ability to multitask

Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with Javascript a plus

Familiarity with SEO and CRO best practices

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and optimization for mobile devices

Strong understanding of accessibility, UI/UX and web marketing best practices

Technically savvy; Experience and/or familiarity with Wordpress or similar CMS
