The IT Service Management Liaison plays a critical role in fostering the adoption and maturation of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Portfolio Management (IT PfM) across Boeing IT. The IT Service Management Liaison coordinates and manages the relationships with IT Service Owners to meet Information Technology functional, operational and business requirements for products and services.

Position Responsibilities:

Support the Sr. Level IT Service Management Liaisons in managing their operational activities

Receive, compile and communicate information between the IT Portfolios, IT Services and the IT Service Management Office

Works with the IT Service Owners to document and determine their Service Design and Service Strategy

Identifies and assesses IT Service Owner needs and makes recommendations

Monitors IT Service Owners performance through IT Service Scorecards compiles the monthly IT Service Portfolio Maturity metrics

Works with IT Service Owners to develop and mature their capabilities to handle business requirements

Coordinates integration across IT Service Owners products and services to identify impacts, risks and opportunities

Supports IT Service Owners in identifying and mitigating risks between different IT Service Owners

Performs oversight for approving IT Service Owner Projects that are fully funded

Prepares and Facilitates IT Portfolio Steering Team Meetings

Provide visibility and transparency of how IT work is funded and prioritized to meet the needs of IT Business Partners

 This is a role that requires technical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management, How to lead and manage Organizational Change, and establish and manage key relationships.

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status

Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

1 year experience Communications work related experience

Experience with business strategy

Experience applying organizational change management principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)

Experience with Process Architecture
