The DevOps Engineer works with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably.

Responsibilities

At Humana Digital health Division, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems and platform that improve customer experience we are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer or Systems engineer. They will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet our needs. If you have a solid background in cloud engineering and are knowledge with infrastructure as code, we'd love to speak with you.

The DevOps Engineer works with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably.

The DevOps Engineer will have a background in development, operations, and full-stack implementations such as Java.

They will also have experience programming in a high-level language such as t using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, npm, Grunt, React and JSON or other language to script installation, configuration and provisioning.

They will be providing continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment and have experience with the core suite of tools used to manage different cloud providers, particularly Azure.

They will have experience in the use and manage of of Kubernetes, databases, Application gateway, azure APIM, Azure SQL databases and automation. They will establish and employ Continuous Integration practices and tools such as DevOps CI/CD pipelines

They will have experience in Azure infrastructure management (Azure Storage, Azure AD and Office365), deep knowledge of GIT, Terraform, Powershell, ARM, ASM template, and other script languages.

They employ industry Continuous Delivery patterns and collaboratively work with other members to achieve successful continuous delivery solutions.

Role Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related subject; an advanced degree is preferred.

6 or more year experience in designing large and complex IT operations, a digital health environment is required.

Must have experience clearly explaining solutions to complex problems and demonstrate the ability to impart knowledge effectively to others.

They will have experience in the use and manage of of Kubernets, databases, Application gateway, azure APIM, Azure SQL databases and automation. They will establish and employ Continuous Integration practices and tools such as DevOps CI/CD pipelines

They will have experience in Azure infrastructure management (Azure Storage, Azure AD and Office365), deep knowledge of GIT, Terraform, Powershell, ARM, ASM template, and other script languages.
