will be the senior customer facing single point of contact responsible for

end-to-end digital transformation solutions offerings to a major customer of

Johnson Controls. The selected individual will daily be connecting our products

to bring insights, efficiency, reliability, and value to our partners and

customers.

 

This individual

will lead and manage others directly necessary for the overall growth and

expansion of Digital Solution offerings and to lead our customers through the

successful delivery of the digital transformation solution and service. These

solutions may include the following: data platform, connected device health

management, compliance analytics, connected converged security, space

management, and comfort and energy optimization solutions. All our products are

offering advanced data analytics and AI capabilities.

 

The role will

serve as the primary enabler of ongoing digital transformation efforts in

partnership with the customer.

 

A successful

outcome is ensuring the customer’s buildings progressively become an

intelligent and data-rich smart environment to improve occupant experiences and

maximize required business outcomes.

 

How you will do it

 

Own accountability to deliver revenue target for

account(s)Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the

businessProducing proposals and presentations for customers to

land new accountsDeveloping a comprehensive training plan for the

account management team.Proactively identifying customer needs and business

opportunities.Working closely with other business units to expand

cross selling opportunities.Liaising with other members of the business on existing

accounts.Building relationships with key personnel within

customer accounts.Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a

high level of customer service internally.Setting and monitoring KPI’s for the account management

team.Meeting with senior management for business planningSingle point-of-contact accountabilities:Proposal development Execution Run workshop and customer’s

digital transformation journey with JCI SMEsManage all on-ground stakeholder relationships

including senior client buyer and functional owner relationships for the

designated solutionDrive the necessary sign-off of the JCI Digital

Solutions’ products and services solution with proper input from the

client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget, and

preferences (see service group rules/process and escalation approach for

specifics)Interface JCI digital solution’s SMEs required during

the sales & solution development processDirect and coordinating with Legal & Product

Services in areas specific to the solution to ensure use of standardsUnderstand and translate clients’ requirements into a

standard solution offering deal approach leveraging standard process

methods, deliverables and the right collection of JCI’s Digital Solution

offeringsPrepare the spending estimate, schedule, work plan,

resource/sourcing planUnderstand and clearly define the input required to

create cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates working with

Service - Delivery, Solution ManagementAlign solution architecture (including a statement of

work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and

conditionsLead the planning, development, testing, and

documentation of the software for helping customer’s digital

transformation in a smart environment of the future by leveraging JCI’s

products, cloud service, and data platformTravel at 50% (estimated)
