Work you’ll do

Operating at the intersection of proven commercial technologies and critical government missions, we are looking for an experienced Data Architect to work with our Analytics and Cognitive team to design future state modern data architecture for transformation at the enterprise level using advanced architectural principles. They will also work with cutting-edge DevOps technologies, playing a critical role in designing, building and running DevOps Assembly Lines for new development and software modernization that runs on any-compute (on premise and multi-cloud). Development of advanced analytics products, applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes.

Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:

-{PS..20}->· -{PS..21}->Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms

-{PS..22}->· -{PS..23}->Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

-{PS..24}->· -{PS..25}->Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

Qualifications

Required:

-{PS..26}->· -{PS..27}->Active Secret Level Security Clearance (minimum)

-{PS..28}->· -{PS..29}->10 years of professional experience.

-{PS..30}->· -{PS..31}->5 years of experience in full stack development, including front end and back end coding and a thorough knowledge of the SDLC

-{PS..32}->· -{PS..33}->5 years of experience with Cloud tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP

-{PS..34}->· -{PS..35}->3 years of experience designing and developing real time ETL architecture for real time predictive analytics.

-{PS..36}->· -{PS..37}->3 years of experience with Apache Hive, Apache Spark and Apache Yarn

-{PS..38}->· -{PS..39}->3 years of experience with Big Data and AI/Machine Learning technologies

-{PS..40}->· -{PS..41}->Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

-{PS..42}->· -{PS..43}->10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

-{PS..44}->· -{PS..45}->Interest in event streaming architectures, such as Apache Kafka

-{PS..46}->· -{PS..47}->Creativity and innovation – desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries

-{PS..48}->· -{PS..49}->Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
