The potential candidate should have demonstrated knowledge of projects, new deployments of CloudFoundry, Elastisearch, Logstash, Kibana, HAProxy, Postgresql, Mongodb, Redis, ConcourseCI, , Grafana and Kibana, CloudFoundry Bosh with knowledge of Bosh Dynatrace, Terraform, Apache Cassandra , Git, Rabbitmq, OpenID, exposure to SAP HANA DB , Rhel OS [Linux] and Windows systems.
Position Summary / Responsibilities:
Skills, Attributes, Knowledge Required:
Ensure the highest level of uptime and Quality of Service (QoS) for our customers
Provision, monitor and operate cloud services in a globally distributed team
Analyze and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents,
Demonstrated experience working with appropriate complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape maintenance.
Demonstrated experience maintaining the integrity and security of servers and systems.
Demonstrated experience to developing and monitoring policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements.
Partner with local product development team to design and enhance the services
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and document results.
Develop automation for testing, deployment, scalability, management & visibility of our services
Work in a diverse environment and cross-train with other global team members.
Willingness to Support On-call rotation schedule.
Flexible schedule that may include weekend or after-hours work.
Minimum Education and Experience
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree
Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Databases.
Understanding of web services, networking, virtualization and internet protocols.
Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.
Ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines and changing priorities
Support of software that runs on a Public/ Private Cloud Stacks such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
