Profile

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Support the development of pre-implementation test scripts and solutions.
• Write functional specifications.
• Understand business issues and system data in order to provide recommendations to software applications.
• Provide support in business requirement studies, including process flows, and document solutions.
• Translate knowledge of new functionality into user guidelines and standards. Promote adherence to compliance and documenting changes. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing and verification of test results during integration testing with other PVH systems; troubleshoot system errors and escalate complex system errors to senior team members.
• Monitor project status from different teams and follow up on deliverable updates to ensure timely project completion.

• Document in detail requirements for projects, enhancements and requests for new projects.
• Follow SDLC process ensure each stage of the process is followed according to PVH standards; Work closely with PVH PMO team to ensure standards are being met.
• Develop detailed test scripts for Business teams to follow during testing of fixes, enhancements and projects.
• Problem solve issues reported by Business Teams providing detailed analysis and resolution.

• Support the business teams in their understanding of the systems and business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 

• 3-5 years of experience working in Supply Chain Systems.
• Experience with supporting a Global business.

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or relate field is required.

• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Excellent written and communication skills.
•  Strong analytical, organizational and facilitation skills.
