Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary architect and development for the CATS2 .Net application.
Primary architect and development for other projects as necessary
Provide expertise and guidance to lower-level programming staff
Assist with architectural overview of new proposed applications
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Work independently with Program area staff to understand requirements of system.
Software Architect:
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
Expert 84 Months - Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services.
84 months experience coding with C#
36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .Net MVC.
72 months development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with experience in SQL programming.
36 months creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft's Entity Framework.
36 months creating n-tiered applications with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Wijmo
12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap.
24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
