44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment.

44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k users) distributed application

44 months of working on a statewide over 15K users roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up
