Description

The Lead Cloud Architect leads the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level infrastructure and platforms related to cloud computing. The Lead Cloud Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Cloud Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. The Lead Cloud Architect will develop specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. This Lead will assess the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. The Lead Cloud Architect will advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance and will exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks. This individual will work under minimal supervision, use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determine the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

8 or more years of technical experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Skilled in multiple database management systems: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Experience working in Cloud and On-Prem Environments

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated (preferred) or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while on-site at work.
