As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and effective use of communication and collaboration tools Teams, Monday.com, SharePoint across Commercial Onboarding, Servicing, Digital, Resolution Root Cause, and Commercialization team. Responsible for the operational aspects as well as aligning to business objectives, using capability best practices, and managing task level resource requirements at a team and organization level.

Responsibilities for Systems Analyst\

Manage the set-up and configuration of systems and applications Teams, Monday.com, KeyConnect to ensure optimal usage across teams\

Develop maintenance routines and stay educated on system best practices that can be leveraged to drive most effective utilization of the system\

Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts\

Ensuring solutions are built and used in a manner to meet business needs and requirements.\

Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed\

Create a center of excellence for supported systems\

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms\

Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs\

The ideal candidate will be capable of communicating status, issues and changes to senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders\

Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance\

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.\

Function as a utility player - having working knowledge in areas of training design, communications, client experience - assisting in program management, change management practices, and initiative implementation

Required Qualifications\

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience\

4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis\

3-4 years experience in Monday.Com, SharePoint Applications and/or Teams\

Strong computer,software, and analytical skills\

Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions\

Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems\

Excellent collaboration skills

Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experience\

Ability to operate in Agile Environment\

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of \$60,000.00 to \$90,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to indiv dual and company performance.
