analytical skills to help lead our dynamic, high performing team which supports

the Product Lifecycle Management organization by utilizing an agile software

Job Responsibilities:

Lead

software development team through scrum processes and activities to deliver

organizational goals and prioritiesCoach,

guide, and mentor software development team through development iterationsExecute

the backlog as directed by product owner(s) by ensuring the product backlog is

groomed regularly, and making sure that deliverables are on time with

position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US

Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US

Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee3 years experience in software development3 years experience of Agile Development 3 years experience with C/C or Java programming language 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience

customizing and extending commercial off the shelf software (COTS)Experience

with product lifecyle management

Typical Education / Experience:

Technical

Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically

4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of
