Aon is looking for an Ops & Tech Professional I As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Affinity, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Your impact as an Ops & Tech Professional I Job Responsibilities:Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs.Translate business needs into formal and clearly detailed business requirements to be used for system design.Identify requirement and scope related issues and risks.Serve as a liaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts.Assist in developing and conducting QA acceptance testing plans and criteria.Assist with system support of developed applications through the unique combination of business and system analysis, quality assurance and post implementation product support.Update, test and troubleshoot forms & logic to in response to customer requests and regulations.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Preferred Experience:Business knowledge of Insurance Underwriting, Policy Administration or ClaimsMicrosoft Office products knowledge, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.Proficiency using the SmartCOMM Next-Gen CCM tool and associated capabilitiesAbility to use SmartCOMM’ s Advanced Template Designer & Template EditorSolid understanding of SmartCOMM Data Modeler design and testing methodsProven analytical skills and ability to identify & implement efficienciesProven ability to work independently to meet project deadlinesUnderstanding of project management tools and techniquesSolid grasp of systems development life cycle and systems development methodologiesEducation:Degree in computer science, information technology (IT) or a comparable discipline preferredWe offer you: A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. Our Colleague Experience: From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
