The Senior Application Architect will:

Develop and architect solution to solve the challenges of delivering enterprise-level Process Automation (RPA and BPM) solutions using Automation Anywhere and WorkFusion

Build and drive partnerships with other technical teams across the organization

Demonstrate a creative and innovation-driven ability to articulate engineering design patterns related to scale, performance, security, and usability

Responsible for establishing and sustaining processes and practices that support process automation solutions and applications.

Work both independently and collaboratively to design and develop Automation solutions

Strong experience in designing solutions, with 6 years of experience leading in a software development role

10 years of overall software development experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to the team, business partners and IT leaders

Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude

Required Qualifications:

You must have proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, in RPA tool - Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion and/or Power Automate.

Hands on development experience in Java programming languages/platforms

Experience in leading new development projects (from the technology/architecture point of view) is highly preferred

Ability to develop solution (along with alternatives) to automate the business process using RPA platforms, and other available products/utilities

Hands on in converting the business requirements into solution design - building end-to-end automation process solutions

Prefer to have exposure to managing projects using Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent experience
