POSITION SUMMARY

The Software Developers role is to analyze, design, develop and test software applications, primarily using the Microsoft development platform. This includes researching, designing, documenting and modifying software throughout the development life cycle. The role will focus on technically innovative and architecturally advanced solutions.

Fundamental Components:

Expected 7 years experience within each category

Programming Languages: SQL | C#.NET | ASP.NET | XML | AJAX | JQuery | XQuery

Frameworks: .Net Framework through 4.7, .Net Core

Software Tools: Visual Studio 2015-2017, SSIS 2016

Security: SAML, OAuth, SSO

DevSecOps/Collaboration: GIT Hub, TFS, Octopus, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Rally/Agile Central

Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 2014-2016, MarkLogic v9

Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012-2016

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

6 years experience in application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Expertise in one or more programming language, development tools, and/or databases and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization.

4-6 years experience in systems analysis and application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience with application development support software packages.

Understand the business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Information Technology/Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) for Microsoft .NET is desired
