Aon's Global Customer Experience and Design team is looking for UI/UX Designer to be a part of our outstanding team!  The talent in this role will focus on User-centered Design principles to build intuitive and highly functional web, visual and interaction design. This is a phenomenal role where you can apply your knowledge and grow with our team. You would have the opportunity to simplify content and ideas into functional, usable interfaces, and ensure existing UI guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product/site. Build UI guidelines per project as the need arises. Do you like to present design concepts? We highly value teamwork at Aon!The talent will conduct and participate in product usability tests with users and communicate and collaborate with multi-functional team members, developers, writers, scrum master, business analysts.  They will quickly prototype designs in tools such as Sketch and InvisionApp and translate low fidelity wireframes/UX prototypes into effective and appealing interfaces. Be a contributor to planning and daily stand ups with dev team in an agile workflow and proactively recognize UX/UI gaps in design and propose solutions. We are seeking talent who understand standard methodologies in product design, and validated comprehension of current trends for UX/UI design and data visualization.One aspect of this opportunity is that you will use new technology and find unexpected ideas. Push the boundaries in solving UX problems with continued innovation. We value articulation of user experience design issues successfully. You will present and rationalize design thinking and rationale through key achievement to peers and partners. You can collaborate with other designers/production artists to complete screens and build assets.Qualifications:3 or more years digital design experience in a commercial software product company, or design firm with user-centered design principles and practices. Proficiency in UI design, including but not limited to concepts, prototypes, data visualization and crafting site maps and wireframes and customer journeys. An innovative, problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy with good interpersonal communication.
