The Servicing Systems Analyst provides centralized management and support for the Black Knight MSP and Loansphere products.
Acts as the Cenlar Black Knight liaison for identification and resolution of system issues
Acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert and support for Director and MSP functionality
Meets service level agreements for completion of service requests
Manages the updates of key system attributes and critical fields
Executes large transactional MSP updates for Cenlar business partners
Performs monitoring and quality control for critical fields and processes
Acts as the primary administrator for all Director Admin tools
Manages the multiple test regions including loan staging and environment refresh
Manages the Black Knight Monthly Enhancement process
Conducts Servicing System Exception reporting
Supports Internal and Client Audits
Ongoing process improvement activities and assigned projects
Bachelor’s degree in Information Services or Technology required
3 to 5 years of mortgage servicing experience
Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Applications
Strong knowledge of Black Knight Applications
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Cenbase reporting tools
