Trade Transaction Services (TTS) Trade Technology organization supports the Global Trade Services, Trade Finance and Supply Chain management segment of the TTS Treasury and Trade business.

International trade is the cross-border movement of goods and services that develop from a business transaction between a buyer in one country and a seller in another country.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading & managing the implementation of cross-functional, business & operational processes, including training and BAU support. Accountable for identifying and implementing automation solutions trough workflow administration to optimize processes across the Tampa TTS CSC, ASO HUB, Securities Tampa HUB, CSC Markets Colombia and Countries. Project Administration, planning, financials, MCAs & key reports for Senior Management will be part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis of business and operational processes, data, and functions for TTS, Markets and Securities, including data capture, settlement, analysis and repairs for the Countries centralized in different Regional Processing Centers.

Compare best practices among processes, identify standard functions and features across the Countries and identify propose opportunities for reengineering, standardization and ultimately automation

Identify gaps in the LATAM regional systems, specially Back ends and potentially other systems that are part of the end to end processing, document the changes required in the application and frontend level configuration / parameterization

Produce the analysis & process automation proposals for LATAM TTS, Markets and Securities CSC’s.

Produce operational business requirements for LATAM TTS, Markets and Securities CSC’s.

Document operational process and procedures required to support rollout of RPAs to integrate Citidocs with Backend systems.

Lead the RPA Program in LATAM Region

Map the business requirements to the proposed global and regional systems, especially the integration between Citidocs, Backend systems and RPAs.

Explain the business requirements related to automation program to the respective development teams and participating in the formulation of the potential approaches for fulfilling the gaps

Produce the respective test cases for the operations project team to certify the quality of the coming out of integration interfaces development from requirements phase to final integration/testing

Conduct the operational process review sessions, documenting as-is process and suggesting to-be processes based on best practices along with CSC & Country, operational teams and relevant processing SMEs.

Suggest process improvement opportunities for best utilization of systems being implemented

Providing operations level support to users before, during and post cutover phases of the project','!*!

Required Qualifications: 

The candidate must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar and also:

Business analysis experience - minimum 2-3 years in banking process analytics or project implementation

Knowledge of current fund transfers, account opening, securities and markets processes, controls and risks managements applications and operational flows in LATAM region.

Strong knowledge in Citidocs application fundamentals and tools for automation

Significant knowledge of Business analysis Analytical methodologies, tools, techniques

Knowledge of financial industry in relation to Treasury & Trade Service business is preferred

An understanding of cash management products, payments, account services and asset servicing.

Significant operational experience and expertise on efficiency and productivity project management

Strong skills required in senior management presentations and reporting

Good exposure to technology and automation ideally with direct experience of process improvements through implementing technology projects and development

Demonstrated ability in delivering expected results, following up with functional partners for execution of responsibilities etc.

Competence / Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or engineering

Expert in Business Analysis tools and techniques

Expert in advanced Microsoft excel and access, power point and word skills

Excellent communication skills written and oral in both English and Spanish

Able to work as a team integrating regional and global people
