Help Desk Coordinator / Information Technology','190010','','!*!
Active Directory, email and software account management. Document, investigate and escalate trouble tickets. Coordinate shift activities with other team members to insure trouble tickets are prioritized and operation all level agreements are met. Ensure staff members are completing tasks and documenting work performed in Help Desk software.
Assist IT director with administrative operations, coordinating training, and communication with facility.
Associates Degree or higher in IT Field preferred. Minimum 6-12 Months experience coordinating IT Help Desk support of an Enterprise level Network required.
Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and exceptional organization skills.
Microsoft or Comp TIA Certification preferred
