The Boeing Company is seeking Entry Level Flight Test Engineers (FTE) for our Boeing Test and Evaluation division to support multi-program test activities (e.g., F/A-18, F-15, T-45, AV-8B, T-X, Unmanned Systems, Phantom Works, JDAM, SDB, B61, P8A, King Air, etc.). The ideal applicant must be self-motivated, dependable, have outstanding written and oral communication skills, and exhibit excellent interpersonal/team participation skills. They must also possess excellent analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This position is based in St. Louis and may require travel DTA (short term or Domestic Temporary Assignment) and/or permanent relocation in support of testing to alternate test sites (e.g., Pax River NAS; China Lake NAS; Eglin AFB; Nellis AFB; Edwards AFB; Palmdale, CA; etc.).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors of Science degree or higher in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering preferred
Excellent leadership, team building, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable at coordinating with people from various technical disciplines in St. Louis and remote sites
Experience in aircraft instrumentation systems, on-aircraft ground tests, and flight test operations
Working knowledge of E-mail, file sharing, teleconferences, and virtual meetings as used for coordination and test planning
A working understanding of Boeing Military Flight Test Processes
Experience working with Advanced Design or Phantom Works teams
Experience in creating task descriptions; problem solving; integration of aircraft equipment/mission system configuration changes; multi-functional communication; and working in a team environment with a foreman, flight mechanics, or electricians
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
