Software Engineer Jobs

The essential functions of a software engineer consist of programming and coding in compliance with the coding standards defined by the organization, programming and maintaining networks, compilation and implementation of codes through programs for the process of testing, building new systems and applications, working with text editors and developing text editors, identifying and solving bugs and software problems and creating bug free software codes, creating code review reports and unit testing and configuration of software. It is the responsibility of a software engineer to prepare and maintain system documentation in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle, perform design development as well as program and integration testing and understand the business needs of the company and translate it into technical and system specification.

A software engineer should possess good understanding of Database Management Systems, C, C++, VB, VC++, MFC, .Net and WINCE 3.0. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent is required for this position along with good analytical and communication skills and experience.
