Product Manager – Digital Integrations Job Description: This position is part AutoZone’s Digital Operations team, working under supervision of Director, Digital Operations and responsible for supporting AutoZone digital products and platforms, ensuring optimal performance to deliver great customer experience. This position will act as the product expert on the team with core responsibilities for the stability and availability of all Digital Platforms, including the management of our partners and vendor. This person will be responsible for implementing the Digital Operations Strategy, be the primary stakeholder for all operational governance, manage all processes and procedures. This person will lead a team of Digital Integration Product Owners. This person will also have additional responsibilities for data analysis and insights that will be used to drive site performance and optimization. Requirements:   Five to seven years of experience in Digital E-Commerce, owning and leading management of digital products and projects using Agile methodologies with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree (MS or MBA) in Computer Science, Business with concentration in MIS or a closely related field is preferred. Responsibilities Assist in developing the integration strategy and tactics for the portion of their business. Lead and communicate the execution of the strategy and the product and program initiatives Prioritize program scope by building consensuses within and outside the digital teams Own and manage all integration aspects the business / products Be the business catalyst for the area of the business Own and manage project initiation, including scope creation, requirements development. Produce business requirements documentation. Coordinate project progress and collaborate with IT and Ecommerce teams on project execution. Assist the Digital Product team in acting as a liaison between IT, Digital and other Functional areas. Create reporting based on business needs. In-depth understanding of databases, with knowledge of front-end development technologies and processes. Communicate with the peer group and supervisors on status of projects and activities Oversee and approve business analysis, use cases, business cases and sales planning processes. Establish go to market plans for new product/ program launches to include ongoing support, sales, marketing, operational processes Analyze usability, market research, competition, KPIs, trends and technology for opportunities to improve and grow sales. Understands the enterprise e-commerce system leveraging technology across the entire channel. Establish and monitors KPIs to drive goals and objectives. Become familiar with the latest technologies and trends in e-commerce. Leverages these to accomplish business and technical goals. Interact with multiple levels within an organization and communicating company goals to external organizations. Partner with stakeholders from different functional areas to understand their business and how it impacts the ongoing development and operations of eCommerce products Communicate with leadership inside and outside the department on roadmap deliverables, product stability and performance metrics. Work closely with other teams (UX, IT, Analytics, QA, Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure delivery of quality software and feature sets that work in conjunction with other department initiatives to meet the complex needs of customers Manages a team of Product Owners. Coach direct reports in all aspects of product ownership, professional development and corporate values Owns relationships with vendors and third parties. Skills: Expert business case analysis, planning, project management, and presentation skills. Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. An expert understanding of technology and experience working with IT on technology projects.  Experience in conducting research and presenting ideas and findings to various stakeholders. Strong understanding of the business and stakeholder needs.  Strong Project and Process Management background. Experience with product management. Experience in different SDLC methodologies / environment is a must. Agile experience preferred. Experience working with multiple vendors, 3rd party systems, processes and projects. Demonstrated history of managing IT projects and comfort interacting with and creating new technologies based on business needs. Experience working with Ecommerce platforms like ATG, Search Engines like Endeca or LucidWorks, and other Digital applications preferred. Experience working with Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management Systems. Experience working with APIs and Web Services. Experience working with insights and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Tealeaf. Capable of interacting with multiple levels within an organization and communicating company goals to external organizations Proven responsibility for various aspects of Digital Commerce and proven experience developing strategies to improve the Digital business. Proven experience in taking a strategy and breaking it into tactics.
