Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is seeking a IT Trainer & Application Specialist for our Century City office. As an extension of our internal Help Desk, the IT Trainer & Application Specialist will close IT training gaps by researching and resolving escalated end-user hardware and software issues. The incumbent will provide a concierge level of technical support to our legal professionals and staff through a combination of one-on-one desk side visits and remote support via video conference, phone or email. The IT Trainer & Application Specialist will be responsible for the overall design and delivery of IT training to all Firm personnel and requires proactive engagement and collaboration with end users. They will represent the IT team to determine the appropriate technology needs for individuals and departments, doing so with a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
